Strengths: Sailor Time Lady possess her father's vast amount of knowledge about everything in space and time, and she is as strong as Sailor Saturn at her basic level. Since she is part Time Lord, she can regenerate, and because of her Sailor Crystal, she comes back even stronger and more beautiful. Because she has regenerated so many times, she is stronger than even Sailor Cosmos. She also uses a sonic lightscrewdriversaber that can do anything the sonic screwdriver can do, and the blade can cut through any material.

Dream: To find Rini and make up with her, because Kirei doesn't have it in her to hold a grudge. She wants to keep traveling with Trunks and find her father and restore him to life, so he can walk her down the aisle when she and Trunks get married.

History: Kirei Sakura Hoshiko Neo Ei'rian is the daughter of Sailor Pluto and the Doctor. Pluto was always the Doctor's true love, and Rose, River, and Jack were just distractions so the Doctor could forget about the pain of supposedly losing his family. Sailor Pluto raised Kirei in secret, because she knew that Kirei wouldn't be accepted by the Time Lords for being half-senshi, and the other senshi would never accept her because she was half-Time Lord. The Doctor often left to protect Sailor Pluto and Kirei from various threats, such as the Daleks and Cybermen.

Kirei first transformed into Sailor Time Lady when she was five years old. She was as strong as Sailor Saturn and struggled with controlling her powers. This taught her to be patient and mature while she mastered her powers. When she felt frustrated, she would sing or play one of her favorite instruments. She also loved to spend time with her wolf-eagle, and they explored the time stream together.

Eventually, Rini came to stay with Sailor Pluto. Kirei wanted to be friends with her, but Rini was jealous of how beautiful, talented, kind, and powerful Kirei was. She stole Kirei's special Time Key and escaped to the past. Sailor Pluto had to guard the Time Gate, so Sailor Time Lady had to go and find Rini by herself. She traveled back in time (she didn't need a Key or TARDIS) to find her father so he could help her track down Rini. Instead, she found herself caught in the Time War, which Rini had started but blamed it on Sailor Time Lady. Sailor Time Lady didn't know this, and she couldn't find the Doctor, either. She approached the other Time Lords for the first time in her life, but they refused to help her at first because she was half-senshi. Once they saw how powerful she was, though, they dragged her on their TARDISes for what would be the last battle in the Time War. When she refused to fight for them, the Time Lords tortured and raped her in the hopes that her agony would make her release her powers.

The Doctor and Sailor Pluto heard their daughter's cries of distress, but both were too late to save her. From his TARDIS, the Doctor watched Sailor Time Lady killed by his own people. She regenerated, a regeneration so powerful that it wiped out both the Time Lord and Dalek fleets as well as restoring Sailor Time Lady's virginity. The Doctor, however, didn't see her regenerate. His mind was so twisted with grief from her apparent death that he blocked out the memory of her death, and every other memory of the daughter he couldn't save. He still thinks he was the one that ended the Time War.

Sailor Time Lady went on to travel through Time and Space to find Rini, and a way to revive the Doctor, who she thinks was killed with the rest of the Time Lords. She made lots of friends and traveled with Helios and Trunks for awhile, and both fell in love with her. Helios promised to help her find Rini, and Sailor Time Lady and Trunks are going out.

“Sailor Time Lady…” Trunks reached up one hand to touch her face, her soft, alabaster skin. “There’s so much I want to tell you, and no time…” He coughed.
Sailor Time Lady pressed his hand against her cheek, tears shining in her sparkling eyes. “Trunks, you’ll be okay. You’ll—“ But she found herself unable to speak, sobs cutting through her words.
“I love you. I’ve always loved you.” Trunks’s voice was soft, his final words to her.
Sailor Time Lady leaned over to give him one last kiss on his delicate lips. They were already cold. “No! Don’t be dead! Please!”She held on to him, sobbing, tears falling onto his chest. She huddled over him, as though to protect him from the enemy they had just slain. She sat motionless, listening for a heartbeat that she knew she wouldn’t find. A heart that once beat only for her.
“I’m not supposed to do this…I can’t. It’s forbidden. My mother and father would never…” But there was an ache in her heart, deep, like a cave. And moist, like a cave. She could never live without him, not after he had taken her in his arms and shown her what love truly was. Her most trusted companion as they sailed through space and time. They were supposed to be together forever. “Forever came too soon,” Sailor Time Lady whispered. She stood up, and raised her sonic lightsaberscrewdriver into the darkened sky. “Purple Compression Time Twist Space Neo POWER!!!”
The Time vortex opened in front of her and the world froze. Sailor Time Lady flung herself into the violet portal, wisps floating around her as she passed—just to five minutes ago. She landed in the same park, next to Trunks, both of them staring down an enemy. It was one of the pink minions sent by Sailor Mini Moon to finish them off, so Sailor Time Lady would never be able to tell anyone the truth about the Time War. It threw its attack at Trunks—but this time, Sailor Time Lady was ready.
“TRUNKS!” She ran in front of the attack and pushed him out of the way. The attack engulfed her, and she fell.
Trunks ran to her side, cradling her head in his hands. He held her, watched the sparkle of life start to drain from her eyes. “Sailor Time Lady…”
“I couldn’t go a day without you,” she told him. “Remember, all the things we did together. All the new worlds we discovered. I couldn’t have done it without you.” A shining tear ran down her cheek.
“Sailor Time Lady,” Trunks whimpered. “There’s still so many new worlds we have to see. Just hold on. We’ll get you help.”
She shook her head. “Trunks. It was meant to be like this.” Her body quivered. “I’ll always love you. But I want you to be happy.”
Trunks started crying. “How am I supposed to be happy without you?”
Sailor Time Lady gave him one last, long kiss. Her lips pressed against his, and she wished they would stay there until all the strength left her body. “I want you to be happy, even if it’s not with me.” She closed her eyes, and let out one last, slow exhale.
Sailor Time Lady’s body was enveloped in warm, golden light, which then shot out, with a shockwave so powerful it leveled everything within a two mile radius. Except for Trunks, because he’s a Super Saiyan.
Sailor Time Lady opened her eyes.
